How to Download the OneClay App
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play
- Search “Clay County Schools” or “OneClay”
- Select “Free” and then “Install”
- You will need to know your Apple or Google account password
- After it has installed select “Open”
- You have now downloaded the app
How to Customize Your Notifications
To receive reminders and emergency notifications from your child's school:
- Select the Notifications icon
- By default you will receive all District level notifications
- For Apple devices, select the “Wheel” in the top right hand corner; for Android devices, select the “Slider” in the top right hand corner
- Tap Follow schools
- Choose which school(s) you wish to follow
- Select “Back”
- Tap Configure alerts
- The slider for New message should be set to green for on
- Select “Back”
- Select “Done”
- Your notifications are now customized
How to Customize Your News Feed
- Select the News icon
- By default you will see all the district level news feeds
- For Apple devices, select the “Wheel” in the top right hand corner; for Android devices, select the “Slider” in the top right hand corner
- Select which school(s) you wish to follow
- Choose which type of news you want to follow
- Select “Back” and then “Done”
- Now your customized selection will display in your News Section
How to Customize Your Calendar
- Select the Calendar icon
- For Apple devices, select the “Wheel” in the top right hand corner, for Android devices, select the “Slider” in the top right hand corner
- Select which school(s) you wish to follow
- Select “Done”
- Your calendar is now customized
