Synergy Launch
This summer, Clay County District Schools will be embarking on a new and exciting journey with Synergy, an enhanced Student Information System platform. Synergy will replace the District’s current platform, Focus, in an effort to better serve all parents, students, and staff with the latest technology.
What is Synergy?
Synergy is an online platform that encompasses student information, learning management, assessment, MTSS, and exceptional student education in one system to empower our school community to promote student achievement and equity. This system will be utilized by all stakeholders (staff, students, parents) and will fund Clay County District Schools through State Reporting.

Important Dates:
- Focus will be turned off on June 15, 2021, in order for the IT Department to have time to get the platform ready for the Synergy launch.
- Report cards are now available in the Focus Parent Portal. Please make sure you check your student’s report card and save/download/screenshot it for your records by the June 15 cut off.
- Synergy will officially launch to all parents, students, and staff on July 1, 2021.
- Parents will be emailed directions on how to download the new Synergy app, ParentVUE, along with a unique code to be linked to their student(s) account(s) in early July.
